Documents Required to Start Any Service
- Photo ID with your current name spelling (Aadhaar, passport or voter ID)

One-year rule for gazette cases: affidavits and newspaper pages must not be older than one year on the date of submission, and submitted documents are never returned. Do not get anything notarised before the routing call; wrong wording wastes the stamp paper.

Yes. We do not sell a UP State Gazette name change service, because there is no published citizen procedure and we have not filed one ourselves. We do not promise 7-day gazettes, and we do not submit files in our name, because agents are barred. If a service cannot be done honestly, we do not offer it.
Can I do all this myself, without paying anyone?

My child's school records have the wrong name. Which service is that?
Usually two together: the minor name change (or a correction, if it is only a spelling slip) and then the school and board record update. Doing it before board exams matters most, because the Class 10 certificate later becomes the strongest name proof a person carries.
