- The university was renamed in 1995, from Agra University to Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University.
- A degree awarded before then correctly carries the older name, and nobody expects it to say anything else.
- No correction, affidavit or gazette is needed for that, and anybody suggesting otherwise is selling something.
