2. Publish two newspaper advertisements

   One Hindi daily of your district (Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala or Hindustan) and one English paper, with complete original pages kept flat for the envelope.

3. Prepare the proforma, CD and covering letter

   Typed proforma with two witnesses, the CD carrying the matter as typed Word text with its signed declaration, and the letter addressed to the Controller of Publication with your phone and email.
